60cm UV DTF Printer is an industrial-grade all-in-one printing & laminating device, boasting a 700mm print width and widened reinforced heavy-duty frame for ultra-stable operation.Fitted with 1500ml large ink capacity, auto white ink stirring and high-temp heat-sealing rollers, it prints vivid, high-adhesion labels applicable to metal, glass, plastic, leather, ceramic and clothing.

Pre-Setup & Ink Replacement

Place the printer in 20-32℃/40-75% humidity environment, connect via USB/IP network. For crystal labels: Load UV crystal ink (White+Color+varnish); For 3D embossed labels: Replace with 3D UV ink (White+Color+varnish). Add ink to 1500ml tanks, run one-click printhead cleaning and nozzle test to ensure smooth ink output.

Pattern Design & Parameter Setting

Create/import label patterns on computer, adjust size/layout via PP/PF RIP software (match 700mm print width). Select printing mode (4/6/8PASS for speed/precision balance) and laminating type (hot/cold) on the control keypad, set bidirectional/unidirectional printing as needed.

Auto Printing & Laminating

Load crystal label/3D label materials onto the paper feeding system, start printing. The printer will realize one-click roll-to-roll printing, with the suction platform fixing materials to avoid offset. It completes synchronous intelligent laminating during printing, and the UV curing system instantly dries ink for scratch-resistant, high-definition patterns. The low ink alarm will remind ink replenishment in time to prevent printing interruption.

Post-Print Cutting

After printing & laminating, cut the finished label roll into the required size with a cutting tool according to design needs, suitable for subsequent pasting or heat transfer.

Label Application

Crystal labels: Peel and paste directly onto metal, glass, plastic, ceramic and other smooth/ textured materials (no heat press needed).

3D embossed labels: Transfer the cut 3D labels onto clothing, leather goods and other textiles via a heat press machine for personalized garment customization.
