Prepare: Connect power,connect air compressor.
Set Parameters: Adjust temperature (0-225℃) & time (0-999s) via the digital controller.
Adjust the temperature appropriately according to different transfer materials.
DTF film temperature: 160℃, time: 15 seconds
Sublimation paper Temperature: 190℃, Time: 20 seconds
Warm Up: Wait for the platen to reach the set temperature.
Load & Press:
Place material/transfer paper on one station’s lower platen.
Slide the station into position; press "Start".The machine automatically presses down and automatically lifts up.
Switch Stations: While one station presses, load the other station for continuous work.
Unload: Remove finished items when the alarm sounds.
Shut Down: Turn off power/air.
