Disen DS‑6090 is a multifunctional industrial‑grade UV flatbed printer with a 600×900mm printing area and intelligent visual positioning system equipped with a high‑definition camera. It automatically scans and identifies material positions for precise alignment without manual measuring.

How to Use

1.Preparation

Place the printer in a 15–30℃ environment. Connect power (110V/220V) and gigabit network. Prepare UV ink, materials, and design files (JPG/TIFF/PDF).

2.Material Placement

Clean and place materials on the suction platform; turn on suction to fix them firmly. The system auto‑detects thickness and adjusts height via intelligent lift.

3.Visual Positioning

Launch the camera scanning function. The printer automatically identifies material boundaries and locates the printing area. Import patterns in the RIP software (Maintop/PhotoPrint) without manual alignment.

4.Print Settings

Select print pass (6/8/12 PASS), speed, and color mode. Set white ink stirring, varnish, and curing parameters as needed.

5.Printing & Curing

Start printing. The UV LED system cures ink instantly for dry‑to‑touch results. The machine supports pause and resume without wasting media.

6.Finishing

Once completed, take out the printed products. Patterns are scratch‑resistant, waterproof, and highly adhesive.
