·  Preparatory Setup：Place the printer in a 15-30℃ working environment, connect it to a Win10/Win11 computer via USB2.0 or Gigabit Network, fill it with dedicated textile pigment ink, and load PET film into the machine (matte side up for printing).

·  Pattern Design & Parameter Setting：Create or import your desired pattern (PDF/JPEG/TIFF supported) on the computer, use matching RIP software to adjust the print resolution to 720x1440DPI, and confirm the 300mm print width for your design.

·  One-Click Printing：Initiate automatic printing on the software; the XP600 printhead will print high-definition patterns on the PET film stably, supporting continuous printing for small-batch production needs.

·  Powder Sprinkling & Drying：After printing, manually sprinkle hot melt adhesive powder evenly over the printed pattern on the film, then place the film into the matching manual oven for thorough drying (matches DTF film curing requirements).

·  Heat Press Transfer：Cut the dried PET film to the pattern size, use a heat press machine to transfer the pattern onto textiles (T-shirts, bags, caps, jeans, etc.), and complete the whole customization process for finished textile products.
