Step-by-Step Usage Guide

This all-in-one UV DTF printer features simple operation with a streamlined workflow, no professional skills required, suitable for both beginners and experienced operators:

Pre-use Setup & Environment Preparation

Place the printer in a dry environment with temperature 20-48℃ and humidity 50-60%, connect it to a computer via Gigabit Ethernet, and power on with AC110V/220V. Fill the ink tank with Disen dedicated UV crystal ink (K.C.M.Y.W.V), load the UV DTF A Film (print film) and B Film (coating film) into the corresponding positions of the machine—the built-in print film collector will automatically strip waste film from A Film, eliminating manual operation.

Pattern Design & Parameter Setting

Create or import your desired label pattern (compatible with common design formats) on the computer, use supporting typesetting software (Jiatai Ruiyin Pp optional) to adjust the size and layout according to the 300mm print width. On the printer’s foldable touch display, select the suitable printing mode (draft/production/high-precision) based on your speed and precision needs, and confirm ink color configuration and laminating parameters.

One-Click Automatic Printing & Laminating

Initiate the printing command on the computer; the printer will start automatic roll-to-roll printing with the Epson DX7/3200HD printhead delivering high-definition, vivid patterns on A Film. During the printing process, the machine will complete automatic laminating with B Film synchronously, and the suction printing platform will firmly fix the film to avoid curling or offsetting. The ink deficit alarm will send real-time reminders if ink is low, preventing printing pauses or color errors.

Film Cutting & Post-Print Treatment

After printing and laminating, cut the UV DTF film into the required label size with a cutting tool according to your design. The UV-cured ink ensures the pattern dries instantly, with no need for additional drying equipment— the label surface is scratch-resistant and has strong adhesion right after printing.

Label Application & Adhesion

Peel the finished UV DTF crystal label from the backing film, and paste it directly onto the target material (ceramic cup, glass bottle, wood box, plastic product, metal helmet, etc.). The high-adhesion UV DTF film ensures the label fits tightly with various smooth or slightly textured surfaces, with no need for heat press equipment, completing the whole custom label production process.
