Multifunctional UV Flatbed Printer, capable of meeting various printing requirements. It uses UV ink and instant ultraviolet curing technology, breaking the limitations of materials and supporting direct printing on various substrates as well as the production of crystal labels and self-adhesive materials.

1. Printing Crystal Label Stickers

1. Preparatory Setup：Connect the printer to a computer with a Gigabit Ethernet port, fill with dedicated UV ink, load crystal label film on the printing platform, and adjust the platform height via infrared sensing for perfect printhead alignment.

2. Pattern Design & Import：Create or edit the desired pattern on the computer, import it into the matching printing software, and adjust the pattern size and layout according to the label needs.

3. One-Click Printing：Set the appropriate printing accuracy (720:1080/1440/2560 dpi) on the software, start printing; the UV ink is instantly cured by ultraviolet light during printing, ensuring clear and smudge-free patterns.

4. Laminating & Finishing：Transfer the printed crystal label film to the laminating machine for film laminating processing to enhance the label's wear resistance and adhesion. After laminating, cut the film into the required label size to get finished crystal label stickers that can be pasted on notebooks, cups, glass, pens and other items.

2. Printing on Flat Objects (USB flash drives, wood, crystal, glass, plastic, phone cases, etc.)

1. Material Preparation & Fixation：Wipe the surface of the flat object to remove dust and oil for smooth printing; place the object firmly on the printer's flat platform (use fixtures for small items like USB flash drives to avoid offset during printing).

2. Platform Adjustment：Initiate the infrared sensing function, the printer's platform will automatically lift and adjust the distance between the printhead and the object; fine-tune the up/down/left/right parameters via the control buttons for precise positioning.

3. Pattern Setting & Printing：Import the customized pattern into the printing software, adjust the pattern to fit the size of the flat object, select the suitable printing accuracy, and start printing. The UV curing system dries the ink instantly, no need for additional drying steps.

4. Post-Print Treatment：After printing is completed, take out the object directly; the printed pattern has strong adhesion and scratch resistance. For a brighter effect, you can add a layer of glossy oil printing according to needs to optimize the finished product texture.
