Factory A3 DTF Printer with 2pcs i1600/XP600 print head for tshirt printing

The new upgraded 30cm DTF transfer Printer, can choose XP600 or i1600 Print head according to your economy, printing color, high reproduction, suitable for pure cotton, polyester and other cotton transfer printing.

Prepare: Load DTF film; fill ink tanks (CMYK + white); power on the printer and curing unit.
Set Up: Import your design to the printer software; adjust size/resolution settings.
Print: Start printing the design onto the DTF film.
Shake & Cure: Feed the printed film into the integrated powder shaker (to apply hot-melt powder), then cure it via the built-in heating unit.
Transfer: Use a heat press to apply the cured film onto your textile (follow heat press parameters: ~160-180℃, 15-20s).
Finish: Peel off the film after cooling; trim excess edges if needed.
