Setup: Load 60cm PET film; fill CMYK+white ink tanks; power on the printer and curing unit.
Design Prep: Import artwork to the printer software; adjust size, resolution, and ink settings.
Print: Start printing the design onto the film.
Powder & Cure: Feed printed film into the shaker (apply hot-melt powder) then cure via the heating unit.
Transfer: Use a heat press to apply the cured film to fabric (160-180℃, 15-20s).
Finish: Peel the film after cooling; trim excess edges as needed.
