Prepare: Load 60cm-wide DTF film; fill ink tanks (CMYK + white); power on the printer and curing unit.
Design Setup: Import your design to the printer software; adjust size, resolution, and ink density.
Print: Start printing the design onto the DTF film.
Powder & Cure: Feed the printed film into the integrated shaker (to apply hot-melt powder), then cure it via the built-in heating unit.
Heat Transfer: Use a heat press to apply the cured film to textiles (recommended: 160-180℃, 15-20s).
Finish: Peel the film after cooling; trim excess edges if needed.
